If an item shows delivered, I’d look at where the item shows delivered to on the tracing number. Sometimes it could be to a neighbor or neighboring business. If you know when your postal worker delivers, they are a great resource too. Also, sometimes an order can prematurely show delivered online but it may arrive the next day. 

Call your local post office with the tracking number- usually they can locate it for you.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, typically within one day of when your order was placed. Orders placed within the United States are shipped USPS Ground. You can typically expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on which state you reside in.

We love our international besties and offer a variety of shipping options. At checkout, enter your shipping details to determine what those options are.

Send us an email info@houseoffoils.com as quickly as you can to correct any order issues. We can make changes before our shipping team ships out your order. However, if your item has already shipped, there is nothing we can do.
